EMPLOYMENT OFFER – Social Worker in SAD

Workplace : Forestville and Escoumins, North Coast, Quebec
Duration of the mandate : From now until April 3, 2026
Full-time mandate

About the mandate :

Services SFT is looking for a social worker to occupy a position in SAD within the health network on the beautiful North Coast. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in a stimulating environment.

Main responsibilities :

• Evaluate the psychosocial situation of users and their family.
• Intervene with clients in difficulty (mental health, addiction, youth, seniors, etc.).
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Ensure accompaniment and support to users in their care journey.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in social work or social service.
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).
• Recent and relevant experience in the Sector.
• OCCI training.
• Know I-CLSC.
• Evaluation regime protection training must be done or the person agrees to do it from the start of the entry into office.
• Excellent listening, adaptation, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work full-time for the entire duration of the mandate.
