About the mandate :

Servies SFT is looking for a social worker to work in Forestville within the health network on the beautiful North Coast. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in a stimulating environment.

Main responsibilities :

• Evaluate the psychosocial situation of users and their families.
• Intervene with clients experiencing difficulties (mental health, dependence, youth, seniors, etc.).
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Ensure accompaniment and support to users in their care journey.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in social work or social service.
• Member in good standing of the Order of Social Workers and Family Therapists of Quebec (OTSTCFQ).
• Recent and relevant experience in dependence
• Suicide/homicide formation, IGT, and other evaluation tools for dependence
• A vehicle is required;
• Evaluation regime protection training must be completed or the person agrees to complete it upon taking up the position.
• Excellent listening, adaptation, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work full-time for the entire duration of the mandate.
