Trauma Sales Representative

Hire Resolves client is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative. This Trauma Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting products to the target market comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals, meeting sales targets and increasing sales and identifying new customers. Responsibilities: Stay informed on product updates, portfolio offerings, and competitor analysis. Cross-sell additional products as they become available. Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
