Job Description Your task package You are responsible for daily transport planning and dispatching of rides. You instruct drivers and closely monitor their performance. You watch over logistical processes and intervene where necessary to ensure efficiency. You work closely with colleagues within a team of 10 to 15 people and report directly to the team leader. Daily, approximately 45 rides are executed, supplemented by local pickups. Together, you will ensure that all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your task package includes: • Coordinating daily transport planning and dispatching of rides • Monitoring driver performance and intervening where necessary • Maintaining logistical processes and ensuring efficiency • Working closely with colleagues within a team of 10 to 15 people • Reporting directly to the team leader • Ensuring all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
