Transport Planner

As a transport planner, you are responsible for the following package of tasks:

• You are responsible for handling forwarding files;
• You are responsible for contact with our customers and help them by providing additional information and answering their questions;
• You create the necessary documents such as basic customs documents;
• You prepare all transport orders from A-Z (mainly road freight, sometimes sea and/or air freight);
• You receive and process incoming shipments and sometimes know how to find solutions where necessary.

As a transport planner, you possess the following competencies:

• You have a passion for the transport of goods;
• You already have considerable experience in forwarding and/or transport planning;
• You have knowledge of road regulations and knowledge of road, sea, and air regulations;
• You have strong administrative skills;
• You are a team player;
• You have knowledge of TAS and TX connect
• You are strong in communication, accurate, and customer-oriented;
• You possess Dutch, English, French language skills (other languages are a great plus!
