We are looking for an experienced planner with a strong passion for transport for our client, a very stable family business.

The tasks as transport planner:

• You ensure optimal planning of all transportation orders based on available drivers and taking into account load factor and revenue.


• You are the point of contact for our clients and provide perfect service, work proactively and anticipate where possible to turn problems into solutions.


• You are responsible for controlling and processing incoming orders. You work closely with dispatchers and Customer Service.


• You provide all necessary information to drivers for the correct execution of their assignments.


• You provide HR with relevant information about driver work.

Your profile as transport planner:

• You have experience as a transport planner or you want to become one.


• You are very strong in communication in Dutch and English with both clients and our drivers; French or German is a plus.


• You can keep an overview and work under pressure is no problem for you.


• You are motivated to take on all aspects of the planning profession.


• Since transport does not stand still after regular office hours, we expect some availability outside standard office hours within a previously agreed framework.
