Transport Manager - Disponent (m/w/d)

To achieve our success and to continue growing, we are looking for a Transport Manager - Disponent (m/w/d) who will join our team as a key player. The ideal candidate should have experience in the forwarding industry, preferably with a focus on air and sea freight. He or she should be able to manage and coordinate shipments, prepare and submit customs declarations, and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers. In addition, he or she should be familiar with logistics software and be able to work independently. The Transport Manager - Disponent (m/w/d) will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for managing a team of around 10 employees. He or she will also be involved in the development of new business opportunities and the implementation of process improvements.
