Transport Incharge Location: Manav Rachna International School, Faridabad , Sector -14 Job Summary: The Transport Incharge will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of students and staff. The role ensures compliance with school policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards while managing drivers, routes, and vehicles effectively. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and monitor daily school transport operations. Ensure safe pickup and drop of students as per designated routes and schedules. Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth transportation of students. Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs. Develop and implement procedures for reporting incidents, accidents, or near-misses. Maintain accurate records of daily transportation activities, including student attendance and vehicle usage. Ensure compliance with school policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards. Key Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
