Job description
We are looking for candidates for the position of Transport Coordinator for our client, a company in the distribution and logistics industry.
Location: Wrocław - Sołtysowice
Responsibilities:
- preparing shipments: palletized and packaged,
- carrying out returns - taking delivery, rebooking, monitoring the transport process,
- processing claims against carriers for transportation damage,
- ensuring proper inventory documentation regarding shipments,
- handling delivery processes (special vehicles for specific deliveries, rerouting, etc.),
- transferring pallets between warehouses,
- settling pallet balances,
- controlling specifications of transport invoices.
Requirements:
- experience in a similar position for at least 1 year,
- education: logistics and transportation,
- effective time, resource, and equipment management,
- good knowledge of computer operation (MS Office),
- very good organizational skills,
- ability and independence in decision-making.

- a basic salary of 6200 PLN gross,
- work on two shifts (6-14, 14-22),
