Job description

Responsibilities and tasks:

- Knows and respects legal provisions regarding public road traffic, domestic and international freight transport;
- Plans, organizes, and controls activities related to transportation;

- Prepares detailed order status for route planning and truck allocation by dispatchers.

- Prepares transportation orders at the request of the sales department;
- Coordinates and supervises driver activity;
- Programs and optimizes routes;
- Receives, confirms, and processes transportation orders;
- Guides and tracks order status throughout the journey;
- Finds optimal solutions for transporting and communicates selected solutions to clients;
- Organizes entire transportation activity in the best conditions, respecting company standards;
- Will carry out any other instructions received from superiors or hierarchically.

Requirements:
- Experience in the transportation field minimum 2 years;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Client-oriented;
- Business-oriented;
- Seriousness, dynamism, meticulousness, and adaptability.
