Translator (Chinese – Spanish – English)

BYD México is looking for a highly skilled Translator to support our growing operations in Mexico. This role is critical in enabling real-time communication between local teams and global stakeholders, particularly in executive meetings, negotiations, and cross-cultural business environments within the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time interpretation in Chinese, Spanish, and English during meetings, negotiations, workshops, and site visits. Translate business, technical, and marketing materials from Chinese to Spanish and from Spanish to English with high accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Develop and maintain a comprehensive glossary of key terms and phrases for the automotive industry. Collaborate with local teams to ensure that all translated materials are accurate, consistent, and meet the needs of global stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of translations and interpretations while maintaining the highest level of quality. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpretation, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a translator or interpreter in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of Chinese, Spanish, and English languages, including grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances.
