Transition Program Management

Join our Global Managed Services Transition Team as the technical focal point for tools conversations and deployments. You'll drive reporting, automation, and continuous improvement across complex transition programs worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as client-facing expert on transition tools, reporting, and automation (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, Claude Code)
• Lead end-to-end tools deployment strategies and drive user adoption
• Design and deliver training on AI, automation, and reporting capabilities
• Provide strategic recommendations on operational efficiencies and continuous improvement
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality and client success

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• :4-6 years in Managed Services, Transition Programs, or Advisory Consulting
• Transition program experience (must-have)
• Client-facing technical expertise – proven focal point for tools conversations
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Azure, MS36
• 5Strong understanding of Managed Service Delivery and Technical Project Management
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

• Experience with Copilot, Claude Code, or AI/Agentic technologies
• Background in Strategic Advisory or Consulting
