Transformer R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the structural design and electromagnetic calculation of distribution oil immersed transformers, including the design and optimization of transformer windings, iron cores, insulation structures, oil tanks, and other components; 2. Based on user requirements and technical specifications, carry out preliminary design, detailed design, calculation analysis, and optimization of transformers to ensure the feasibility and reliability of the design; 3. Responsible for the development of transformer prototypes and testing procedures, including the preparation of test plans, test reports, and test data analysis; 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate transformer designs into overall system architectures and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations; 5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize design processes, reduce costs, and improve product performance.
