Transformation Success Architect

Job Description Your Career As a Transformation Success Architect, you are a critical part of the Transformation Success Architecture Team, ensuring our most important customers have a successful deployment and security operations transformation with XSIAM. You will act as the technical orchestrator for large and complex XSIAM deployments, engaging after the technical win and seeing the project through to production. Your primary goal is to make sure the customer realizes value rapidly by educating them on the benefits of XSIAM and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully operate the solution. This includes developing and delivering training programs, providing ongoing support and guidance, and ensuring that the customer has a clear understanding of the solution's capabilities and limitations. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, and for ensuring that the customer's security operations are aligned with their business objectives. You will work closely with the Transformation Success Architecture Team, the XSIAM Product Team, and other stakeholders to ensure that the customer's needs are met and that the solution is successfully deployed and operated. Your success will be measured by the customer's ability to realize value from the solution, and by the quality and timeliness of the support and guidance you provide.
