Transformation Project Leader - Procurement

Job Description As a Project Leader, you will: Lead end-to-end transformation projects specifically targeting standardization and centralization in Indirect Procurement processes, managing scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications Drive cross-functional and cross-regional teams— including Procurement, Finance, and IT—to implement harmonized finance and procurement workflows Engage and influence senior leaders and C-level executives , ensuring transparent project execution and effective communication with stakeholders Ensure successful project delivery through collaboration with various departments, such as Procurement, Finance, and IT, to achieve process standardization and centralization Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, team members, and external partners Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed Collaborate with the procurement organization to develop and implement new processes, procedures, and tools to support Indirect Procurement operations Provide project management expertise to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive project progress and stakeholder engagement Monitor and report on project performance metrics, such as scope, budget, timeline, and resource utilization Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure successful project execution and knowledge sharing
