Transformation Manager

ADP is hiring a Transformation Manager within the Global Finance Transformation Office ADP is interviewing now for Oracle Order-to-Cash (OTC) Transformation Leaders. This future ADP Leader will have deep experience driving order to cash transformation discussions with line of business stakeholders, developing a roadmap and implementation strategy using next generation Oracle Order-to-Cash solutions and articulating clear business outcomes and benefits. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading complex transformations, developing and executing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. This role will be responsible for managing the transformation program, ensuring successful delivery of projects, and providing thought leadership on best practices for Oracle Order-to-Cash solutions. The Transformation Manager will also work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive business value. Key responsibilities include: • Developing a comprehensive understanding of ADP's business needs and goals • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives • Designing and implementing a roadmap for Oracle Order-to-Cash transformations • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve desired outcomes • Providing thought leadership on best practices for Oracle Order-to-Cash solutions • Managing the transformation program, ensuring successful delivery of projects • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, finance) • At least 5 years of experience leading complex transformations or similar roles • Strong understanding of Oracle Order-to-Cash solutions and their applications • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive results.
