Ngā k ōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role Join PwC’s Transformation Design & Delivery (TDD) team in Auckland, where you will be part of a dynamic group that helps organisations achieve their goals through transformational change. As an Associate Director within our TDD team, you will lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver large-scale transformation projects for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work with a talented team, and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Key responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver large-scale transformation projects for our clients. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client sponsors and project teams. • Collaborate with other PwC teams to identify opportunities for growth and development within our TDD practice. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in transformation design and delivery. • Contribute to the development of thought leadership pieces and publications on transformation topics.
