As an experienced Transfer Agent Oversight (Shareholder Services) Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. This role is responsible for providing oversight and guidance to transfer agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include: • Providing expert-level guidance and support to transfer agents on regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal policies. • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements and implement changes as needed. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including transfer agents, clients, and internal teams. • Staying up-to-date with changing regulations, industry trends, and technology advancements to ensure compliance and provide innovative solutions. • Providing training and support to transfer agents on new processes, procedures, and technologies. • Identifying and addressing potential risks and issues related to transfer agent activities. • Developing and maintaining metrics and reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the financial services or technology industries, with a focus on transfer agent oversight or similar roles. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
