Fluent English and German (minimum B2 level). Background in finance, economics, or a related field — experience in fund industry is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good command of MS Office tools (especially Excel). Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Risk awareness and process improvement mindset. About the role We are looking for a motivated Fund Operations & Transfer Agency Specialist with German to join our team. As a Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our transfer agency, including but not limited to: Processing and monitoring of fund transactions, Maintaining accurate records and reports, Providing administrative support to the team, Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements, Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new products and services.
