Our client is a fast-growing real estate investment firm that specialises in sourcing off-market residential properties. They provide motivated sellers with fast, hassle-free solutions and connect these properties with their network of cash buyers. Driven by results and committed to creating win-win solutions, the team is expanding and seeking a Transactions Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient closing processes. Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Transactions Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient closing processes. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage the closing process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and executed in a timely manner. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless closing process. • Review and analyze closing documents, identifying and addressing any potential issues or discrepancies. • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including property information, closing dates, and financial data. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and minimize risk. • Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and grow the business. • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. • Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader or manager. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or finance industry. • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including property law, contracts, and closing processes. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
