Transactional Risk Underwriter

Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transactional Risk Underwriter to join our underwriting team. The role focuses on underwriting specialized insurance products supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) Insurance and Tax Liability Insurance (TLI). The successful candidate will work closely with MGAs, brokers, reinsurers, legal advisors, tax experts, and corporate clients to assess transaction risks and assist in structuring insurance solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structures, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate should have experience in underwriting complex insurance products, particularly in the areas of W&I and TLI. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
