Transaction Services/Restructuring - Senior

As a Senior Consultant, you will be fully integrated into the Transaction Services teams and will be involved in buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence assignments for Corporate clients or investment funds in France and abroad. The analyses you will conduct will focus on understanding historical performance, cash generation, and the assumptions used in Business Plans. Your work will always be tailored to our clients' needs and will aim to assist them in their decision-making.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior analysts in their development and will be encouraged to participate in cross-functional initiatives related to the firm's growth.

You hold a higher education degree (top business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree) and have 3 to 5 years of experience.

To succeed in this role, you must be rigorous, available, possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and enjoy working in a team.

You have a mastery of English, both written and spoken, and have knowledge of a second foreign language.
