Transaction Services - Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, you will be fully integrated into the Transaction Services teams and will be involved in buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence assignments on behalf of Corporate clients or investment funds in France and abroad. The analyses you will carry out will focus on understanding historical performance, cash generation, and the assumptions made in Business Plans. Your work will always be adapted to our clients' needs and will aim to help them in their decision-making.

You will also have the opportunity to support analysts, seniors, and managers in their development and will be encouraged to participate in cross-functional topics related to the firm's development.

You have a higher education degree, from a business school or engineering school, and have successful experience of 8 years or more in Transaction advisory and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
