As a Senior Consultant in Transaction Services, you will participate in financial due diligence assignments on the buy-side or sell-side on behalf of Corporate clients or investment funds in France and abroad.

The analyses you will conduct will focus on understanding historical performance, cash generation, and the assumptions made in Business Plans. Your work will always be tailored to our clients' needs and will aim to assist them in their decision-making.

On your assignments, you will be responsible for training and coaching junior consultants.

Throughout your career, you will be encouraged to participate in the internal and commercial development of the firm.

You hold a higher education degree (business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree) and have 3 to 5 years of experience.

To succeed in this role, you must be rigorous, available, possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and enjoy working in a team. You have a strong command of Excel, proficiency in English both written and spoken, and knowledge of a second foreign language.
