Job description
Eight Advisory, a financial and operational consulting firm, supports its clients – companies, investment funds, and executives – in their transformation, transaction, and restructuring projects.
As part of the development of our Nantes office, we are looking for an end-of-studies intern to join our Transaction Services and Restructuring teams starting in January 2026.
🎯 Your missions
You will work alongside our consultants on various missions such as:
Financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side)
Performance and profitability analysis
Financial modeling
Assistance in the restructuring of companies in difficulty
Participation in report writing and client presentation preparation
📍 Location
Position based in Nantes, with regular interactions with the Rennes and Paris teams
📅 Duration
6-month internship, starting in January 2026
Student in the final year of a business school, engineering school, or university Master's degree specializing in finance
Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint
Team spirit, rigor, curiosity, and customer service orientation
Previous experience in audit, consulting, or M&A is a plus
