Transaction Services & Restructuring - End-of-Studies Internship

Eight Advisory, a financial and operational consulting firm, assists its clients – companies, investment funds, and executives – in their transformation, transaction, and restructuring projects.

As part of the development of our Nantes office, we are looking for an end-of-studies intern to join our Transaction Services and Restructuring teams starting in January 2026.

🎯 Your Missions

You will work alongside our consultants on various assignments such as:

• Financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side)

• Performance and profitability analysis

• Financial modeling

• Assistance in restructuring distressed companies

• Participation in writing reports and preparing client presentations

📍 Location

Position based in Nantes, with regular interactions with the Rennes and Paris teams

📅 Duration

6-month internship, starting January 2026

• Student in the final year of a business school, engineering school, or university Master's degree with a specialization in finance

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint tools

• Team spirit, rigor, curiosity, and customer service orientation

• Previous experience in audit, consulting, or M&A is a plus
