The Transaction Services department, specializing in Banks / Insurance and Financial Institutions, is seeking a senior professional who will be involved in:

• Vendor Due Diligence,

• Vendor Assistance, and

• Acquisition Due Diligence.

In parallel, you will be encouraged to participate in the commercial development of the offering, team training, and the firm's activities.

A graduate of a top business school, engineering school, or with a master's degree, you have acquired at least 3 years of experience in Audit, in the Banking & Insurance sector, or in Transaction Services.

You are looking for daily challenges and the development of your potential, possess a strong team spirit, rigor, and analytical skills.

You are fluent in written and spoken English and ideally a third language.
