What you need to have to succeed in this role University degree in one of the following fields: Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or Law. 4–5 years of experience in banking (corporate market), compliance, or financial security, focusing on client file controls. Knowledge of key regulations regarding anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism. Leadership orientation, client focus, autonomy, initiative, rigor, organization, prioritization, communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, adaptability, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical thinking, decision-making, time management, attention to detail, discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, respect for others, sense of responsibility, accountability, reliability, trustworthiness, and commitment to quality. Ability to understand and apply relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and products. Familiarity with risk management principles and practices. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of work.
