Transaction Services Actuarial - Senior

To support the development of the Actuarial Services practice and on behalf of our clients in France and internationally, we are looking for experienced actuaries who will be involved in missions such as:

• Actuarial due diligence, valuation, financial appraisals, and balance sheet reports, primarily in the Insurance sector,

• Risk management,

• Advanced actuarial and insurance modeling.

In parallel, you will also be involved in structuring and then developing the offering and commercial approach, training teams, and contributing to the firm's life. You will work on certain missions, particularly balance sheet reports, in close collaboration with the Banking / Insurance and Financial Institutions practice within the Transaction Services department.

As a Senior Actuary, you will be responsible for the production and/or review of the analyses, calculations, and models required by the project, as well as the development of deliverables. You will also be involved in the training of Analysts and other Seniors with whom you will be working.

Graduated with a qualifying actuarial qualification (and possibly also with a dual degree from a top business school, engineering school, or university master's degree), you have 2 to 4 years of experience in actuarial science in a consulting firm and/or an insurance company and/or an investment fund / investment bank, with real exposure to transactions and/or valuations in Insurance.

You are – or are not – specialized in Life/Retirement/Providence Actuarial (excluding social commitments) or in P&C (Property & Casualty), and you have a good understanding of the French insurance market and regulations.

You have an excellent business sense, a keen sense of consulting and client listening, an entrepreneurial spirit; you therefore wish to actively participate in the development of our new Actuarial offering. Working in an international or cross-border context appeals to you.

You are proficient in written and spoken English (and possibly a third language).
