Key Responsibilities/Job Description for TAS Senior/Manager About the firm Citrin Cooperman is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Senior for the firm's India office. We are a growing, nationally recognized full-service accounting, tax, and consulting firm with over 1,350 partners and staff and 17 offices. The firm was founded in 1979 by Joel Cooperman and Niles Citrin and today is the 22nd largest accounting and consulting firm in the United States, and 4th among mid-Atlantic firms. We serve clients from various industries including real estate, healthcare, financial services, media, entertainment, and technology. Position Summary: The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Senior will be responsible for providing financial due diligence services to clients involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This includes analyzing financial statements, identifying key deal issues, and preparing reports for clients. Responsibilities: * Conduct financial due diligence investigations, including quality of earnings and net assets analyses. * Prepare and review financial models. * Identify and analyze key deal issues, including working capital, debt, and contingent liabilities. * Prepare and review reports for clients, summarizing findings and providing recommendations. * Assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Train and mentor junior staff. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients. * Stay abreast of current M&A trends and developments. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. * Experience with M&A transactions is a plus. * CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
