Overview Bahwan Cybertek Group is seeking a highly skilled individual for the position of Transact AA Retail Accounts - CMB Functional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing retail account transactions for the company's Cash Management and Banking services, ensuring the highest level of service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of retail account transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Analyze and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the transaction process. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other departments. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers. Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and minimize risk. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
