Tasks
About the Position
We are looking for a motivated CAD Application Specialist (m/w/d), who will work closely with customers using CAD software and take over training, technical support, and product consulting. The role combines technical expertise with communication skills and offers opportunities for professional development in a modern, technology-driven environment.
Your Tasks
- Collaboration with users of CAD software and support in daily operations
- Conducting CAD training (online and on-site)
- Presenting products, pre-sales demos, and webinars
- Technical support via phone, email, and remote connection
- Creating and updating technical documentation, training materials, and presentations
Qualification
Your Profile
- Technical education/study in a technical field
- Very good knowledge of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, GstarCAD)
- Knowledge of architectural or static/constructional fundamentals
- German as native language, English secure in conversation, Polish knowledge is an advantage
- Strong interest in modern technologies and continuous professional development
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Good time management and goal-oriented work style
- Knowledge of BIM software (e.g. Revit, Allplan) is an advantage
