Training Supervisor (Bilingual)

WHAT IS THE JOB?

Location : Nunavut.

Language : French and English, spoken and written (English is mandatory to work effectively with local colleagues).

Work mode : Hybrid – 10 days on site per month and remote work.

Salary : Competitive remuneration based on experience.

Departure : Several departure airports (Mirabel, Val d'Or).

The Training Supervisor plays a key role in the professional accompaniment of employees within the company. He/She contributes to the development and validation of skills, facilitates the integration of new hires and promotes a propitious environment for professional growth.

In close collaboration with management, project supervisors, and external partners, he/she ensures participant follow-up, program promotion, and support for various stakeholders.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate mentorship paths between employees: planning, tracking, and evaluating sessions.

• Follow and evaluate employee progress in training.

• Adapt training content to sanitary requirements and food industry standards.

• Mentor and support mentors to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

• Participate in management meetings to anticipate talent development needs.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the organization.

• Promote the program at various internal and external events.
