Training Specialist

Overview of the position: Manage and execute the training programs for KIA employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively. This includes developing and delivering training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
