Training Operations Specialist

Technical Training Operations Coordinator Location: On-site Mission: To execute the logistics, data administration, and reporting necessary to ensure a 100% qualified technical workforce. Core Responsibilities 1. Metrics & Health Reporting Data Visualization: Maintain site-level "heat-maps" to identify qualification gaps across shifts and teams. Reporting Cadence: Execute the weekly generation of Technical Qualification Plan (TQP) health metrics for local leadership. Validation: Ensure the accuracy of all reports. 2. Training Operations Support Provide training operations support to ensure seamless execution of technical training programs. Coordinate with training instructors to schedule training sessions, track attendance, and maintain accurate records. 3. Data Administration Manage and maintain data integrity by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in various databases and systems. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. 4. Reporting & Analytics Generate and analyze reports to measure the effectiveness of technical training programs. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Develop recommendations for program enhancements based on data analysis. 5. Stakeholder Communication Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and feedback. Provide regular updates on training program performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
