Responsibilities

In this newly created role, you will take overall responsibility for PureLink's training division: from strategy to tools, content, and execution, through to certification. You will develop structured, scalable learning formats (online and in-person) in close coordination with sales and translate product knowledge into clear learning experiences that empower our partners worldwide to successfully position and sell PureLink. You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with the sales team to achieve measurable learning and sales goals.

Tasks:

Strategy and Tools:
You will define and be responsible for PureLink's partner training strategy and select the optimal combination of online and in-person tools – including LMS, webinar, and authoring systems – to efficiently create, manage, and deliver training content worldwide.

Content:
You will develop engaging, technically sound training content in various formats – from quick guides and e-learning modules to practical exercises – and keep it up-to-date in line with the evolution of our product portfolio.

Execution of Partner Training:
You will conduct in-person training for partners on-site and at international industry events, and regularly host webinars for partners and the entire sales channel.

Sales Support:
You will create presentations and training materials that enable our sales team to independently conduct product and sales training for partners and customers.

Certification and Onboarding:
You will develop and operate a multi-level partner certification program and design a structured onboarding process that makes new partners successful quickly.

Measurement and Optimization:
You will collect key performance indicators such as participation rates, certifications, and partner performance, derive insights from them, and continuously develop the training program to sustainably increase its effectiveness.

Qualifications

• You are a ProAV expert and know the professional AV world inside and out, ideally with a technical or engineering background.
• You possess strong analytical skills and, ideally, have already had exposure to our product portfolio.
• You have demonstrable success in designing and delivering training and webinars for both technical and commercial target groups.
• You have very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English skills.
• You are proficient in using standard office applications (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) and Microsoft Windows 7 and 10.
• You have a strong interest in new technologies and self-directed learning.
• You are willing to travel internationally regularly.
• You are diligent and possess strong communication skills – people learn easily from you and enjoy it.
• You are characterized by reliability, willingness to learn, diligence, initiative, and team spirit.
• You have good manners.
