Responsibilities: * Assess training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses. * Translate requirements into training programs that will groom employees. * Develop or source and manage the delivery of training courses, programs, and materials. * Manage and maintain the training curriculum. * Implement various training methods company-wide (e.g., coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, instructor-led training, webinars, etc.). * Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them. * Manage training budgets. * Maintain updated curriculum database and training records. * Liaise with external vendors and partners. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * Proven experience as a Training Manager. * Track record in designing and executing successful training programs. * Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, instructor-led training, webinars, etc.). * Experience with e-learning platforms. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively. * Strong presentation and facilitation skills. * Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
