Training Lead

We are looking for an experienced Training Lead (independent consultant) for a long-term project (digital transformation). The position will initially be part-time with an average of 2.5 days of work per week (with the possibility of becoming a full-time position by the end of the year).

Responsibilities:

• Define a training strategy adapted to different target audiences for the project (end users, Key Users, BPO, management).
• Design, organize, and pilot the execution of the training plan (sessions, calendar, resources).
• Administer the SAP EnableNow platform and coordinate the creation and distribution of e-learning content on this platform.
• Closely collaborate with BPO and Key Users to develop content and digital supports adapted to new processes and tools.
• Metric and ensure the effectiveness of training (evaluations, participant feedback, adjustments).
• Ensure easy access and regular updates to training materials and associated documentation on SAP EnableNow.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Experience in managing training for SAP projects.
• Mastery of SAP EnableNow (administration, content creation and distribution).
• Skills in digital pedagogical design (supports, e-learning).
• Able to collaborate with Key Users and BPO to create content adapted to business processes.
• Experience in tracking training effectiveness (evaluations, adjustments).
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector.
• French and English professional proficiency.

The start date is set for January 2026.

This is a long-term position for an independent consultant.

Presence on the client's site in Liège will be required 2.5 days/week.
