We are looking for our next Training Intern. If you are passionate about fashion and enjoy teaching, this opportunity is for you!


Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City (hybrid modality)

Job Type: Part-time


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Be an active student of Pedagogy, Education, Psycho-pedagogy, Didactics/Teaching Methods, or Educational Psychology.
  • Have more than 1 year remaining to complete your degree.
  • Passion for teaching and fashion.
  • Intermediate level of Excel.
  • Availability to work in the morning schedule.


Job Objective:

To support the management of processes in the Retail Training area, with an emphasis on stores, as well as administrative activities, ensuring the completion of assigned tasks.


Main Functions and Learnings:

  • Support in the creation of reports and formats required by managers.
  • Create and follow up on monthly reports, such as the I-Learn updated with modules completed by each LATAM store.
  • Consolidate monthly evaluation reports and share information with the LATAM Training Manager and the LATAM Trainer.
  • Measure the ROI of the training provided to the team.
  • Follow up on the Mystery Shopper program and consolidate the corresponding matrix.
  • Supervise the Retail I-Learn platform, ensuring the progress of courses and training.
  • Control the training budget and report available expenses.
  • Manage Purchase Orders (POs) related to training and training resources.
  • Support some in-person or virtual training sessions as required.
  • Coordinate the coaching session agenda, contacting managers and scheduling meetings.
  • Support in the training logistics, including venue quotes, catering, travel planning, and schedules.
  • Manage the training strategy calendar, consolidating attendance at each session.
  • Enable and manage LATAM training social media (Facebook, YouTube, etc.), supporting content creation and management.
