Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City (hybrid modality) Job type: Part-time Essential requirements: Being an active student of Pedagogy, Education, Psicopedagogía, Didactics, or related fields; Having a strong interest in the fashion industry and its trends; Being able to work independently and as part of a team; Having excellent communication skills; Being willing to learn and adapt quickly; Having a strong sense of responsibility and organization; Being able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Responsibilities: Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for Ferragamo employees; Participating in the design and creation of educational materials; Collaborating with trainers and other team members to deliver high-quality training sessions; Providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; Maintaining accurate records and reports.
