Training Group Manager

VACANCY: Training Group Manager REPORTING TO: ATO Accountable Manager LOCATION: Durban/Mossel Bay Starlite Aviation Training Academy (Pty) Ltd has a requirement for a passionate, motivational and visionary leader to fill this position in Durban/Mossel Bay within the Starlite Group. The Training Group Manager will support the ATO Accountable Manager and have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of SATAs ATO. This individual will have overall supervision of base operations, including the management of training programs, instructors, and students. The Training Group Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong aviation background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Training Group Manager will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times. The Training Group Manager will be based in Durban/Mossel Bay and will be required to travel occasionally to other locations within the Starlite Group.
