Training Engineer / Service Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced technical trainer/service technician, who strengthens knowledge about our company's CNC machines among dealers and customers and supports the European service team in the long term.

Tasks

• Planning and conducting training sessions and trainings for dealers and end customers
• Creating training materials, service documents, and presentations
• Supporting the service team in maintenance, fault analysis, and repairs
• Building up the dealer service network through knowledge transfer and standardization of processes
• Closely working with international teams and technical experts
• Occasional deployments across Europe (typically 2-3 days)

Qualification

• Completed education/study in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or with corresponding professional experience
• PRACTICAL SERVICE EXPERIENCE with CNC machining centers
• Experience in customer training or technical training
• Fluent German (B2) in spoken and written language
• Solid English knowledge (B1)
