Requirements:

• Graduation in Pedagogy, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Administration, and/or related fields;
• Degree in Post-graduation or MBA in Human Resources Management.
  

We expect you to have:

• Desirable experience in Training and Development and/or Human Resources;
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry and/or offshore operations;
• Fluent English;
• Knowledge of Corporate Education, Competency-Based Management, Project Development, and Capacity Building & Development;
• Skills with Softwares, LMS Platform, apps, and e-Learning tools;
• Pack Office - Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Document Control Systems.

Tasks include:

• Accompanying the performance evaluation cycle, both onshore and offshore, as well as promoting necessary support for it to be carried out;
