TRAINING COORDINATOR (HR GENERALIST) Objective of the position: Provide personnel according to the job profile, as well as Promote training and development as a continuous process that ensures having staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties efficiently and prepared to respond to future needs in accordance with the company's strategies Key responsibilities: Update Training Needs Detection in a timely manner, ensuring that all employees have access to relevant information and resources, and that training programs are aligned with business objectives and priorities. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities, taking into account the diverse needs of employees, including those related to language, culture, and disability. Develop and implement training plans and strategies, considering the company's goals, objectives, and priorities. Collaborate with HR departments, managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement. Provide support and guidance to employees on training-related matters, including registration, scheduling, and logistics. Maintain accurate records and reports related to training activities, including attendance, participation, and evaluation results. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers, vendors, and partners, ensuring that the company receives high-quality services and products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of training and development.
