Job description

Your comprehensive training will cover our products and customers, how to navigate our course catalog, as well our team's common tools and processes. You will be accompanied through a comprehensive onboarding by your experienced colleagues and team leader, who will provide guidance and coaching to achieve success in your new role. The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning and logistics-related tasks for Genetec’s training activities. The position within the Learning & Education Services department is based at Genetec’s headquarters, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and reports to the Training Coordination Team Leader.
