Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Training Consultant who can work closely with our clients to design and deliver customized training programs that meet their unique needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning theory and instructional design, as well as experience working with diverse groups of learners. Responsibilities: * Design and develop customized training programs for clients across various industries and sectors. * Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop solutions that meet client requirements. * Deliver high-quality training programs using a variety of instructional methods, including classroom-based, online, and blended learning approaches. * Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective training content. * Provide coaching and mentoring support to learners to ensure successful transfer of knowledge and skills. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in adult learning and instructional design. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in training consulting or a related field. * Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
