Training Co-Ordinator - Eastern Cape

We are currently recruiting for a TRAINING CO-ORDINATOR based in the Eastern Cape region reporting to the Project Manager. The Training Coordinator will be responsible but not limited to the following key responsibilities

As the Training Co-Ordinator you will ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of the project, risk mitigation and stakeholder management

Summary outline

• Familiarising with the project deliverables and overseeing the training implementation in the assigned region
• Tracking the performance of the project in each phase, mainly implementation (theory and practical) and implementation of the exit strategies
• In liaison with the Project Liaison Officers, implementation of effective learner engagement and learner support
• In liaison with the Project Manager, managing stakeholder relations and implementing effective risk management
• Implementing project monitoring and evaluation
• Submitting the weekly project reports and providing representation in the weekly project meetings

Essential Requirements

1. National Diploma in Project Management or related field
2. Min of 3 years relevant experience in Project Coordination or in a training project support role
3. Experience in Agri Training Project Management is an added advantage
4. Advanced excel and/or project management systems required
5. Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
