Next Spa, Agency for work, Mantova branch, selects for an important rubber and plastic company: TRAINEE AREA TECNICA-AMMINISTRATIVA The selected resource will be inserted in training alongside a senior administrative figure. Main responsibilities: - Management of returned packaging from clients - Sending the situation and conditions of the packaging to clients - Issuing credit/debit notes for returns or disputes - Recording packages to return - Issuing credit notes for non-conforming cable returns During the training, formation will be provided on: - Knowledge of company structure and processes - Use of main administrative software tools Requisites required: - Diploma or degree in administrative/technical/economic field - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel in particular) - Teamwork attitude, precision, organizational skills - Initiative spirit, flexibility, problem-solving Autonomy for movements to reach the company headquarters What is offered: Extracurricular training paid for 6 months, with the possibility of developing technical and professional skills in a stimulating environment.
