As Training and Sales Manager, you are responsible for expanding and strengthening the network within the medical sector. You play a crucial role in the transition of classical to medical treatments among the existing customer base.

As Training and Sales Manager, you are responsible for expanding and strengthening the network within the medical sector. You play a crucial role in the transition of classical to medical treatments among the existing customer base.

Your tasks are:

Analyzing market potential and identifying growth opportunities within the medical segment;

BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals and clinics;

Guiding and supporting the existing customer base in the transition from classical skin care to medical treatments;

Organizing product training, demonstrations, and workshops to support medical customers in using products;

Achieving commercial goals through cross- and upselling, and introducing new medical product lines;

Representing the company at trade shows, congresses, and medical events to increase visibility;

Sharing market insights with the internal team and contributing to strategic decisions.

As Training and Sales Manager, you possess the following criteria:

HBO work-think level;

3 years of experience in a similar role;

Experience in guiding transitions within institutions or practices is a plus;

Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills;

Experience in organizing training and demonstrations;

Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages;

Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to travel within the Netherlands (in possession of a B driving license);

Preferably residing in North Holland.

Fixed salary between € 4000,- and € 4500,- gross per month based on a full-time contract - 40 hours (dependent on experience);
