Training and Development Specialist

Training and development specialist Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led training programs for dealership aftersales personnel, including Service Managers, Service Advisors, Warranty Administrators, and other dealership staff. Facilitate classroom sessions, practical workshops, interactive activities, knowledge assessments, and trainee evaluations. Coordinate all on-site training activities, including logistics, attendance tracking, and training administration. Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes. Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and evaluation tools. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs that meet dealership needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide ongoing support and coaching to dealership staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Facilitate communication among trainees, instructors, and stakeholders to ensure effective learning outcomes. Monitor and report on training program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Coordinate with other departments to integrate training programs into overall business strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to provide training services that meet dealership needs. Provide administrative support to the training team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
